ZEUGMANN Nicolas

Nicolas ZEUGMANN was born in Luxembourg-Clausen (58 Trierberg). His father’s occupation was Schuhmacher.
Nicolas became sténographe of the Chambre des Députés. He was married to Cécile METZLER with whom he had two children. The family resided in Hollerich.
Nicolas took a major part in promoting sténographie and sténodactylographie in Luxembourg, and became “inspecteur des cours de sténographie”.
He organised the first Luxembourg championship in sténographie and dactylographie in1962.
Nicolas ZEUGMANN died in 1974 in Luxembourg-city.
