THILL François

François THILL was born in Hesperange in 1876. His father’s occupation was Schlösser.
François became mécanicien and in 1899 established his business in Hesperange for:

“Verkauf von landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen”

In February 1901 Thill married Magdalena FELTEN in Paris, and the couple settled in Hesperange. Magdalena FELTEN was born in Itzig.
In 1902 François Thill advertised his goods and services as “mécanicien-constructeur-breveté”. He offered a large selection of agricultural machines.
His business, however, ran into financial difficulties in 1906. THILL applied for a Präventivfaillissementskonkordat.
François THILL died in Luxembourg-city in 1956.
