SUND Auguste

Auguste SUND was a mechanic of Finnish origin residing in Luxembourg in the years 1927 to 1929.
According to the addresses recorded in his patent applications he resided in the following places:

1927 – 1928 Strassen/Luxembourg-Eich
1929 Schieren/Colmar-Berg

In 1927/1928 SUND obtained a number of patents relating to household appliances which he offered for sale in the local press:

March 1928:
EXISTENZ – Erstkl. Patent Haushalt-Gebrauchsartikel mit kpl. Einrichtung für 3500 Fr., umständeh. zu verkaufen, dir. v. Erfinder. A. SUND, Mühlenbach-Strasse 27, Eich-Luxemburg
April 1929:
PATENTE. Mehrere sehr gewinnbringende Patente in Lizenz abzugeben oder billig zu verkaufen dir. vom Erfinder. – Sich schriftlich wenden A Sund in Schieren.

SUND’s patent LU15814 (Dosenöffner) was bought in 1928 by Hélène SCHAAFS-WOLTER who was managing the “Compagnie des Produits de chimie technique (PROCHITEC)” in Luxembourg-Gare.
