SCHUMACHER Jacques

Jacob SCHUMACHER was the son of Heinrich SCHUMACHER, Hufschmied/Schlossermeister und Eisenhändler in Clervaux. His mother Helena HANSEN was born in Wilwerwiltz.
Jacques became a Klempner and set up his own business in Clervaux in the mid 1920s.
In 1932 he married Anna CLEES, born in Dorscheid/Clervaux in 1905. The couple had three children.
Jacques SCHUMACHER died very tragically in 1974 in Clervaux (he was hit by a car while walking with a companion on the open road).
