ROUYER Jacques André
Jacques André ROUYER (ROUYERS, ROUYERES, ROYERES, ROYER) and co-inventor Richard WILLCOX (WILCOX) resided in the Forges de Laclereau (Laclaireau, La-Claireau); WILLCOX was chimiste-mécanicien at the Forges and ROUYER was the maître des forges.
The Forges de Laclereau were situated close to Ethe/Virton in the French Département des Forêts.
