POUPLIER Léopold

Léopold POUPLIER was an industriel residing in Luxembourg-Hollerich. He was born in Verviers (BE) in 1843 and must have resided in Bochum around 1870 (where he had a child, born in 1874), before he moved in 1875 to Luxembourg.
POUPLIER died in 1898 and his wife Elisabeth MAGNIÉE carried on the business and transferred it later to her eldest son Charles Léopold (b. 1874).
In 1912 Charles moved the business from Luxembourg-Gare to rue de l’Arsenal.
Charles Léopold died in 1919 in Brussels.
