LINSTER Jean

Jean LINSTER was born in 1887 in Lenningen. His father’s occupation was Schuster.
Jean became a Schmelzmeister.
In 1915 he married Elise CIGRANG, born in Ahn/Wormeldange; he resided in Deutsch-Oth (Audun-le-Tiche). His parents resided in Thionville and his father’s occupation was Schmelzarbeiter.
As of 1915, the couple LINSTER-CIGRANG resided in Esch sur Alzette; Jean’s occupation in 1918 was Vorarbeiter.
The family later successively resided in Differdange (1921), Schengen (1923), Ehnen (1928), Rodange (1932) and finally in Luxembourg-city.
Jean LINSTER died in 1967 in Luxembourg-city.
