Jean Frédéric Bernard LEISSE was a qualified engineer, probably of German origin (Duisburg?).
Around 1923 he settled in Luxembourg-city (27 rue Albert Ier).
LEISSE founded the company “Office d’études techniques” in 1924 (exploitant: J. F. B. Leisse, ingénieur civil).
In 1927 he became a member of the “Association Luxembourgeoise des Ingénieurs et Industriels (ALII)” and renewed his membership at least up to 1939.
He took part in public submissions.
It is not known when and where he died.
