HOSCH Marcel

Marcel Eduard HOSCH was born in Kleinbettingen where his father was a Schneider.
In 1921 he completed his Abgangsprüfung at the Staats-Handwerkerschule as Maschinenschlosser.
In 1938 HOSCH worked for the “Société anonyme des Etablissements Ri-Ri”, a zip manufacturing company in rue des Etats-Unis in Luxembourg city.
By 1952 he had left the “Ri-Ri” company and was acting as consultant for the German company “Postel Spritzguss Gebr. Postel” in Köln. At the time HOSCH resided in 80 Denier Sol in Luxembourg-city.
His son Charles, born 18 January 1938, qualified in 1962 as ingénieur métallurgiste in Aachen and joined the ARBED steel works in Esch sur Alzette.
Marcel HOSCH died at the age of 88 in Luxembourg-city.
