HALER Eugène

Eugène HALER was born in 1919 in Reckange/Mersch. His father Jean Pierre HALER’s occupation was Ackerer.
Eugène studied at the Gymnasium in Diekirch where he passed his Reifeprüfung in 1938. He successfully completed his first year of university studies at the Ecole des sciences politiques in Paris in 1939.
In 1944 HALER passed the Staatsexamen für das Lehramt an Höheren Schulen (Philosophie und Philologie) in Luxembourg-city.
