CARLES DE CAUDEMBERG C.A. veuve

( - )
(FR)

Charles Alfred CARLES DE CAUDEMBERG was a French doctor of medicine residing in Nice.
In 1899 he had invented a new paving compound for streets, sidewalks, terraces etc.
Charles obtained his first patent in France.
He obtained additional patents on paving compositions up to the 1924 when he applied for his last patent in France. He probably died in mid-1925.
His widow took up residence in Luxembourg-Grund and applied in July 1926 for two Luxembourg patents based on earlier corresponding French patents.
The power of attorney for her Luxembourg patent agent was signed in Mons (BE), which suggests that she took up residence in Luxembourg for a very short time.
