BORGNET Charles

Charles Louis BORGNET was born in Fumay, in the French Ardennes, and became ingénieur des mines.

Between 1863 to 1886 he was maître des forges and directeur of the “Société des Charbonnages, Hauts Fourneaux et Laminoirs de l’Espérance” in Liège.
Co-inventor Charles DEMANET was an ingénieur civil, residing in Liège, working in the company directed by BORGNET.
