Dictionary of
Luxembourg Inventors

The present Dictionary covers patents obtained by Luxembourg residents, irrespective of their citizenship. It also includes patents obtained by inventors with Luxembourg citizenship, who were residing abroad.

The collection covers the period from 1791 to 1925 without interruption. From 1926 onwards only a selection of Luxembourg inventors is currently included. The Dictionary will continue to grow as new entries are added.

The Dictionary also lists a few Luxembourg citizens who were previously reported as patent holders but for whom no patents could be located.
